USTA League and You – The Perfect Match!

Whether you are looking to just get on the court with some friends or make new ones, USTA League has the right mix of competition, camaraderie, and fun for all players.

USTA League participants can choose from any of four national divisions of play offering competition at the community, then state and regional and finally culminating at the national championships. So find the division that suits you, grab your racket, and take a swing:

Adult Division (19+):
Growing up doesn’t mean giving up. Whether you played as a kid and want to keep at it, or are considering giving tennis a try for the first time, if you’re nineteen and older, the Adult Division is for you. Matches typically consist of singles and doubles competition against players of the same skill level – based on your NTRP level.  Play ranges from 2.5 (beginners) to 5.0 (advanced).

Senior Division (50+):
Whether you’re a seasoned player, or new to the game, if you’re over fifty, Senior Division tennis is your proving ground.  Teams usually play three doubles matches against other teams each week during the season.  The NTRP system is used to identify your skill level and assure fair competitive play.

Super Senior Division (60+):
For players who don’t know the meaning of the word quit, the Super Senior Division puts you toe to toe in doubles matches against other teams of similar ability based on the NTRP system of skill level assessment.

Mixed Division (Male/Female, 19+):
Tennis just got more fun and social with men and woman 19+ team up, playing side-by-side on the same team. Teams play doubles matches against similar teams based on a combined NTRP rating (adding the NTRP level of two players). A great way for couples, friends, siblings and co-workers to hang out and have fun.

Tri-Level (19+):
If you want to play with friends but are all at different NTRP levels or if you are having a hard time getting enough people together to form a team, Tri-Level is for you.  Play doubles with your mates, while on a team consisting of 3 or more NTRP levels.  This socially competitive league is a great way to enjoy the camaraderie of friends in the ultimate team experience.
